From Bidart to Saint-Jean-de-Luz (1H30)
The first part of the coastal path offers a wide variety of atmospheres, alternating beaches, coves, paths and small roads. The arrival at Pointe de Sainte-Barbe, from where we overlook the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, is exceptional. A word of advice ... preferably done at low tide time.
From Saint-Jean-de-Luz to Hendaye (1h30)
The second part of the coastal path offers magnificent panoramas from the port of Ciboure to that of Hendaye. The route runs along a narrow ledge between road and cliff. After crossing the preserved domain of Abbadia, it ends along the beautiful Hendaye beach and on Txingudi bay.
Towards the hill of cenitz, one of the most beautiful views of the bay of biscay. The 25 km long trail from Bidart to Hendaye, will allow you to explore natural areas of exceptional quality. With its grandiose panoramas of the Basque coast and its mountains, Seven "gateways" welcome you: Bidart, Guéthary, Saint Jean de Luz, Ciboure, Urrugne in Hendaye.
