Delicatessen: Sausage, Chorizo, Dry sausage and Bayonne ham, guindillas Bocal of Basque Pâté with Espelette pepper, Sheep cheese, with its black cherry, served with gazpacho.
Wine
Villa CATARIE has selected for you the wines of the ‘Château de Cabidos’ estate, a nine-hectare family property located north of ‘Béarn’, not far from the famous hillsides of Jurançon.
It is Petit Manseng, a white grape variety of Pyrenean origin, which occupies most of the vineyard.
